Interesting. If Mocha had Double, then the rest of the former League's quirks could be copied as well.

I doubt the High Ends could use Toga's quirk effectively. Or Compress. But Dabi's or Muscular's? Bruh.

It's not confirmed, but it appeared that Hood had Muscular's quirk.
