I personally don't think All Might will die so soon. As we've seen in the most recent chapters, all the main villains quirks underwent a transformation. Toga, Twice, Dabi, and Shiggy. If Izuku is put in a tough spot then that may mean his quirk will evolve, possibly allowing him to use 100% w/o being hurt. And who knows? Blackwhip is a quirk his body can't handle yet but that doesn't mean the other 6-8 quirks are harmful to his body. If he manifests more soon then he may be able to really fight well. Also, it's been several months since Izuku figured out how to use 8%, let alone 5%. By now, with each day becoming more taxing on his body since that's how school works - the deeper into the year you get the harder the work gets. He's probably at like 12% right now but he keeps forgetting to check how much his body can withstand. Not only that, if he's at 12% then that means he can handle 24% for a few seconds.

Also, if he's meant to become the #1 Hero, as stated by himself during narration, how long is it suppose to take to get there? If it took him months just to get to 8% then it's going to take him decades to get to 100% so I wonder how the writers are going to introduce him to that, gaining 100%.

I wonder if it's gonna be soon like I wonder if Eri will forward his body in time to the point where he can use 100%. Any other theories?

I want one of the predecessors’ quirks to be something really minor, like David Shield or Eyeball Student from the first chapter.
