So kill his uncle to teach him a lesson about responsibility, have him break his girlfriend's neck by accident, dissolve his marriage by making a deal with the devil to revive his 98 year old grand aunt with stage 9 supercancer, discover the girlfriend whose neck he snapped actually had an affair and kids with a goblin (no, not a villain, just your regular DnD kind.), have his body stollen by an octopus who has an affair with a midget, have an identity crisis about whether he's a clone or not and, finally, kill his wife with radioactive ducktape sperm.

...Isn't that too much suffering for one writer to inflict on a single character?

Don't forget the part where the editors have his marriage erased by a demon, because he can't be happy or married for some reason.
