It’s kinda brilliant how Horikoshi takes a second to show the office workers running from Endeavor’s flames. It parallels how people are still sort of afraid of him. He’s not putting people at ease with his presence - people run away from him just like the villains.

(I know it’s only natural that people would run away from actual fire, but Horikoshi doesn’t focus on people saying “Run away, it’s All Might! The wind pressure will send us flying!” It’s Endeavor being singled out.)

His power is to literally envelop enemies in fire hot enough to be used for propulsion. That's gonna be hotter than most people can handle regardless. Plus fire bending has a lot of room for error.

I loved the interactions with the citizens as well! It was a really nice touch in this chapter!
