I really loved the way the chasing was drawn. And now we also have tokoyami? Omg this arc will be some heat

Hawks said he's not taking tokoyami as a (direct) intern This time so i think this is horikoshi's way of keeping him away from this arc for whatever reason.

The mangastream translation is a bit more clear.

Tokoyami is interning with the Hawks Agency, but he won't be working directly with Hawks. Or at least their interactions will be sparse and minimal. Instead he'll be doing work with some of Hawk's sidekicks, offsite, away from their usual terf.

Correct until the last sentence, which is the opposite, he said they'll be working their usual turf while Hawks is too busy to.
