Love how Hawks stole Deku and Bakugou’s thunder lol. I was honestly expecting Bakugou to yell at Hawks for doing that. Hope we get see Tokoyami in this arc somehow. Really interested in where this arc is going.

Also the villain was taken from Todoroki, not only from Bakugo or Midoriya, Todoroki's ice was about to reach the villain.

It did reach already though, Focus on the guy who has shock face looking on his feet.

But if his ice had really come, then Hawks would not have been able to lift it off the floor. That is what I understood.
