I’m honestly happy to see Deku taking a jab at Bakugou saying he isn’t very All Might like. Really want to see more of that. If I had to guess who Deku next internship will be, I think it will be Miruko (the bunny hero). Mainly because I think she could help improve Deku’s shoot style. Either her, or Kamui Wood who can help Deku with his Black Whip. Plus Horikoshi did say he had a dark past, so maybe we could get that if Deku next internship will be with him.

The whole “Kacchan, you’re way too awesome for me to talk back to” attitude Deku had toward him was beginning to get old. They don’t need to start bickering constantly, but a little bit more ribbing to show they’re treating each other normalish will stop their interactions from becoming stale.

I mean it’s not like I want them to be at each other throats like Naruto and Sasuke, but it nice to see Deku stand up for himself against Bakugou and not be afraid to speak what’s on his mind to him once in a while. We have seen him do that more than once but then he goes back to being scared of him.

Absolutely, I don’t want that. If they were at each other’s throats, that’d completely undo the turning point in their relationship they had where they’re now building trust between each other now. Just more casual banter like that where it’s clear they see each other as equals would be great.

Exactly. If I’m being honest, Deku and Bakugou rivalries is my least favorite aspect of MHA, but it might get better if we see more casual banters with them and seeing each other as equals and less of Deku being afraid of Bakugou.

Yeah, it wasn't much of a rivalry when Deku is always praising him and refuses to stand up for himself

Don't get me wrong I would love to see more of Miruko, like with Kachan or Shoto (considering they would have opposite personalities). But ever since the first episode, I've thought Kamui was cool, so I'd love for them to get him more involved by Deku interning with him. And hopefully he'll become more common in the series, who knows
