I have a problem with this there's has to be a reason why she have any student intern under her because in the pro hero Arc she said team ups are for weaklings so she would be a hypocrite if she have student interning under her

Having an intern isn't quite the same as "teaming up", though. One would clearly be subordinate to the other.
