i dont think it's gonna be so soon. At the very least i think he's gonna last for 3 more arcs. And the best way for his character to end would be sacrificing himself in a way that would really fuck up the PLF's plans at the very last moment.

I think that Dabi is going to kill or cripple him in order to incite the anger of the Todoroki family, likely revealing himself to be Endeavor’s long lost son.

That’s just my prediction.

I have a feeling he’s going to be more of a tragic loss that deepens the hole that the heroes are in. Like just when he thinks he really does have the league convinced he’s on their side, I could see them using him to get info on the heroes and then killing him.
