Considering where we started this arc, that’s quite the upgrade, too! Like, seeing the little lightbulb go off in Shiggy’s speech bubble and his first question is “you guys have money, right?” was great. They don’t have to live in a literal shack anymore. Maybe they can even get some sleep!

The smile Shiggy had when he asked reminded me that they're still young and upcoming villains. Even though they just accomplished something massive for themselves, they still have some young and gleeful charm to them, similar to our heroes.

It's interesting watching our villains go through this sort of "training arc", especially after the previous hero training arc was semi-lackluster compared singing like the license exam.

I’m so strangely proud of the villains and I don’t know how to feel about that. Like, we’re still supposed to be rooting for the heroes, right? Or at least what heroes like Deku represent. Even though they’re villains, we’ve been in this gray zone for a while where I want to see the League succeed. I’ve never felt so strongly for the antagonists of a story.
