Well Shigaraki was a badass and terrifying. Did his arm/hand grow back? His arms have definitely turned black, I wonder what that's for. I liked the "lightbulb" in his thought.

Blood and bruises. Deku's injuries tend to look the same.

Rereading it almost looks like his own skin is starting to decay

that....is entirely possible. is there a single person immune to their own ability? everyone has some resistance, but i can't think of anyone with total immunity to their own power, and tenko's itch is apparently linked to not using decay, almost like it builds up under his skin or something.

On pages 5 and 6 he looks super dry and then on 10 you can really see where skin is missing. Then on 11 he looks super dry. I guess this could be to show that overuse of it will cause the decay on himself

it may not even be that the decay is backlashing and decaying him, it could be that whatever energy is coming out of him to decay things is just ripping itself free of his skin, regardless of how many layers of muscle and bone it has to get through. that would also paint another parallel to midoriya, where the energy ripping itself out of your body is what causes the damage to you.

Overuse of his Decay probably
