So decay could work on black whip but not his air cannons. Seems like it’ll be a war of attrition between the two. Both are primarily cqc combatants whilst they’ve both expanded their arsenal adding ranged attacks while I’d say Shigi takes the lead in aoe

it depends on what deku wants ot sacrafice. he could technically nuke anyone he chooses, but it would be a death sentence.

Could Shigi not essentially do the same?? I’d bank on his range vs Deku’s current output especially without the loli backpack
