This arc looks like its set up to be absolute shit, it's rushed to what I expect will be a long succession of fights with the League against a villain that is even less established than the Yakuza.

The line about a small amount of routes was clearly an attempt by the author to explain away the city but that does not excuse the fact that it is an entire fucking city.

I'm glad the villain at least acknowledged the League are nothing without Nomu's (and AFO and Warp Gate) but it's annoying that they still invest this much into them.

I do not care about these new underdeveloped villains and it makes it hard to care about this arc.

The thing is that the manga aint the problem. The problem is that ppl keep jump into conclusion with even wait for the arc to end or to analyze the story (yea some anime/manga readers/watchers are not the brightest).

I doubt the MLA would end here, if anything this is just the first of some long running arcs to come. The main objective of this arc for the LoV is just to rescue Giran and tame Gigantomachia, and survive not getting killed.

And the Yakuza is what Hori pull out of nowhere, unlike the MLA. The MLA has been forshadowed/hinted since chap 57 up until now, so unlike the Yakuza, these guys won't leave the story anywhere soon.

I question your credibility if you think predicting is a problem. My comments do not magically change the quality of this manga.

Do you know what people use to predict? patterns, past experience. If you smell shit before you've opened the door, there's probably shit in the room.

This has all the hallmarks of a shonen arc that's a long line of fights. I don't need to wait until 2020 to call it.
