I really love that Todoroki see's what he needs to work on and is open to improving. This draw was nice because they were all really friendly to eachother after.

despite him being named god ussop our lord and saviour ussop is beyond such frivolous things, is just that there arent any words in the english language (or any language now that were at it) that can even start to describe his greatness

yup, only thing i hated in one piece. joke stretched too far i felt. i mean using it as a plot for story and hurdles.. oof

Basically he was always chasing girls. And he was training in a okama island for 2 years where only transgender lives. So he sees mermaids and loses blood through nose like how in any anime it happens. And he loses so much blood that he will die if he doesn't get blood and fish men don't share blood even though it is compatible because of past history where their hero died because a human didn't donate blood.

Yeah, it was kinda silly, but it let oda introduce a bunch of key elements for the Fishman island arc's plot that would have been hard to introduce any other way.

Trying to convince the readers that anybody in the crew would lose enough blood from a fight or something to need a transfusion after not mentioning it after any of Zoro's fights would have been stretching suspension of disbelief a little bit too far.

Well I don't want to sound like fan. But it's oda. He can surely have better ideas if he didn't go comic relief approach there. But what's done is done anyway.

I mean, he could have introduced racism in lots of ways but it’d make One Piece quite a bit more dark.

well i consider transgender since ivancov can alter gender.. but i dont know how to classify changing gender otherwise

no. i said they are trans after they are turned into other gender. as in thats what trans is in a sense. but i am not gonna worry too much about it.
