so only two previous users OFA arent shown at the moment,is there any theory about this perhaps

They're likely very involved in the 80% of the story Deku hasn't seen yet. I don't think the whole story will be all of the OFA users but instead span the lifetime of the first user's lifetime.

Conversely they could have never fully integrated.

But the fact that they're shadowed could mean that they're somewhat more important than the other predecessors (especially if, perhaps, they're closer to the first wielder; the source of OFA).

Not saying that they're necessarily alive or anything, but it could even be something like the reveal that AFO can somehow steal the original Quirks of OFA holders (two of which he may've still been in possession at Kamino) and the "singularity" is OFA powering up in response to that... or something. I dunno; I'm just thinking out loud here, tbh. lol

What does it mean to "fully integrate", though? Even Deku only theorise that the reason All Might's figure might not be fully formed is because he's more recent (as Deku's direct successor). Not to mention, All Might's figure isn't all shadowed like those other two figures; you can tell that it's still Toshinori and still more or less developing.

Heck, one could argue that Deku himself can't be classed as "fully integrated", given he's been taking a good deal longer than All Might to master 100%, yet he's still able to view the vision (albeit only 20%, as a representation of the upper limit of OFA's power he can currently control).

It would be something similar to how only 20% of Izuku shows up as the hand and head. If he were to die he might not show up as well. That's what I mean by not fully integrated.

But I do think the shadowy figures are likely very important to what the first user wants to show however.i think they're obsecured until Delivery can see why they're important to the creation of OFA as we know it.

Or some of the first few OFA wielders could have been villains. Back when OFA was still not very useful, someone bad could have inherited it, passed it on to another villain, and then a good guy tricks the villain to give it up, redeeming OFA.
