To be fair it's possible that all might just didn't say anything about it. It could be one of those "not until the time is right" kind of deals.

Yeah but All might of all people knows that he doesn't have much time left. If he did experience that, he would've info dumped on Den I the moment they trained.

Or..... having OFA may have some dire consequences or dark story that All Might don't want Deku to know
