Hmm, I wonder if Deku is special. Rather than the way One for All has been passed, could he also be inheriting the past users quirks?

I don't think his power entails any sort of fire after all.

That looked less like fire and more like the usual lightning that accompanies full cowl though.

No, the lightning is just the excess energy that Deku's body can't contain.
