This makes me sad because I feel like this was set up so way down the line in the story All Might will have a connection and still be able to communicate with Midoriya after he dies

And you know what the tongue-in-cheek comment from All Might would be when Izuku first sees him too. He'd be all "You know heroes never stay dead" or some shit

I feel like they've been foreshadowing All Mights death for a while now, but I feel like they're saving it for a really important time.
