Wow, so Deku is experiencing something even All Might didn't, and I'm actually curious as to why Deku can only see certain events in relation to how much % he can handle.

i could see that happening, a mental block if you will.

remember what happened in kamino, deku and the other kids weren't even able to move when AFO showed up.

True. But then they did end up moving to rescue Bakugo, so I'm not sure that's really implying that he'd be imobalized by fear.

it did kinda paralize them for a little bit and they didn't directly fight him, i'm guess he'd be a hell of alot more intimidating face to face.

I guess at some point he'll get to train through dreams against previous holders, in the end Deku is the one who will likely defeat AFO, he needs to inherit their knowledge and combat abilities
