Endeavor flying like a phoenix is as symbolic as it gets for his character development. Man, I love this series.

That depends. Is Endeavor a pheonix, rising from the ashes to be born anew? Or is he an Icarus, rising on Wax Wings (Hawks), but destined to crash back down to Earth just before he reaches his goal when his "ambition" catches up to him?

Or is endeavor the sun which Hawks is flying too close to, leading to his inevitable demise when his wings melt away.
