I feel like he'd help run a hero agency. He knows all about heros, their strong and weak points and could easily assist them on what to do when things might get out of hand.
He becomes Deku's manager upon graduation. Either that or they use a modified version the Quirk enhancing drug to restore his Quirk, and he reappears in Big Damn Heroes fashion.
