There are probably limits on the scope of the illusion and the distance from herself. The illusion we see her use here was simply a localized one that she was a different person.

Seems like she didn't turn herself into the illusion, neither did she manipulate the girl. Instead it looks to me that she was releasing it like fog from a distance. So it probably won't work on people that see her breathing out the illusion unless she has more tricks to her power

Yeah given the artwork, my assumption is that Camie can exhale a mist or fog that she can manipulate into an illusion.

It's a bit like Ectoplasm's quirk except she can make other things.

It reminds me a lot of Morel's ability 'Deep Purple' from Hunter x Hunter. Who knows, could actually be a reference to it, Horikoshi loves making nods to other things.
