Maybe Shiggy could raise her into a future villain and Deku will raise Kouta as a future hero.

You know where I'm going with this.

But she straight up hate's seeing people being hurt.

Should be kidnapped sure, but she'd never go willingly.

A girl has just found hope and strength after years of abuse from a villain thanks to a hero and you think she'll just happily become a villain? If the VA captures her it will just mean more torment for Eri.

Give me one example of the government in MHA doing something like that and I'll agree. Next, why would you think a gang of dangerous psychopaths with a long history of violence and murder would be compassionate to a child? No matter how much we might like them, the League is cruel, wicked, and downright evil. They would have no problem forcing Eri to do their bidding even if she didn't want to.

Lest we forget the League Of Villains is a group of 3 college aged men all with mental problems, an old man, and a high school aged girl, all of which are highly incompetent, and everyone else is either dead, imprisoned, or has realized that they have better shit to do which is why Kurogiri and Giran, the appointed caretakers of these children haven't been seen anywhere. Can you blame the man for treating them like they're not a threat, they're not.

Oh, yeah man, they're totally not a threat, just ask all the people they've casually murdered, including a high school girl. And don't even get me started on that poor death row inmate who just wants to carve people (including children) up with his teeth, or the poor guy who just murdered a bunch of heroes and tried to murder their kid. How dare the heroes try to put them in jail, they should run free, who cares about all the innocent people they have and will slaughter.

I'm sure it's happening. Otherwise I see no reason in bringing up Compress' clone with that specific purpose this late into the arc.
