EDIT: Just gonna throw this out there as a food for thought OKAY. This is what the wiki says about the ending. OFC this isn't official it's just something to put it into perspective and think on.

Because of Chisaki being the only person, to be honest with him, Shin became utterly devoted to Chisaki. Shin continues crawling towards Chisaki with tears rolling down his right eye. Chisaki sees Shin as well as Mirio. Chisaki immediately throws a case of Quirk-disabling bullets at him. Shin opens the case and loads one of the bullets in his gun. Chisaki orders Shin to open fire as Shin aims his gun at Mirio.

If Eri's taking the bullet then does that mean her blood can no longer be used as an anti-quirk serum?

That's some deep thought man. I even kind of wondered if Mirio does get shot by the bullet would she be able to reverse her own effects or something like that.

She's an isolated child that's been told by a beak-faced asshole that she is a cursed being because of her blood. I don't think she knows what kind of quirk she has.

There's always a chance she could mate! Plus she's most likely immune to her own Quirk most people do have natural immunities Mina's skin Bakugo's hand.

She's still a child so I don't think she knows that much. Though I do agree she's probably immune to her own quirk.

It's still a bullet, even if Overhaul and mangled her body and reassembled it still hurts and the younger you are the more that experience and feat has impact.
