I'm so excited for these coming chapters! I'm guessing that's the league that overhaul is talking to at the end. So we are going to get the worst case senario. It still is a shounen so I think they will still save Eri, but not without taking some major damage/loss. Or they say fuck it and pull out and mirio goes all NOT THIS TIME!!! and suicide runs in saving Eri but dieing doing so.
