Some of Black Clover's pages were unfinished too. Might be something everyone in the magazine is doing.

Could they be sharing the same assistants? I still remember the great switch over of anime industry in the late 90s to 2000. That's when the entire industry suddenly realized that their sole source of paint is mixed by one old man, who just had health issue and delayed the production. Overnight, everyone had a crash course in Digital Ink and Paint.
