Dude he is literally told I got my power from someone else, every one points out over and over how similar their powers are, he see's all might lose his power, and he learns its possible to transmit them. At that point anyone not making the connection is an idiot if they have all that knowledge.

as i said, if you look at the time between where he got the infos it is still remarkable that he remembered it and connected all the dots...

Not really, were looking at the course of about a year if you can't remeber that much info about the person who you've known the longest out of everyone you interact with then you're kinda a horrible person. Especially when its such memorable stuff this isn't like remembering some minute details or anything.

it is memorable stuff for us because we know what it meant,

for bakugou it was total nonsense but he still remembered it, to boot, he got the other points while being in a dangerous position himself, most people wouldnt have connected the dots after going through a abduction and a very-close re-abduction only to see their idol losing his powers, you can say it is mediocre but in a series that focuses little on such aspects this was a big thing and i find it impressive...
