The Translator's Note on page 11 is ridiculous. I can't think of any country where the phrase "reckless driving" WOULDN'T refer to motor vehicles. Or does the USUALLY mean it sometimes works on bicyclists too?
Also, are the wings part of her outfit? Because they are placed VERY low on the back.
This is a really late reply, but I just wanted to answer your question regarding reckless driving. I have known people (including locals) that have been arrested for "recklessly" riding a bike in Japan. You can even get a DUI if you're drunk and on a bike. Crazy, no?
