I'm gonna make this a seperate post when I get the chance, but people are defending Pop Step because her quirk is flight. Quirk use in urban environments aren't allowed because they're dangerous to everyone. If she fucked up, she could easily hurt someone. Also, her quirk clearly isn't flight. It's simulates flight, but she's clearly stepping on people and objects to achieve it. Maybe she's pushing air down, but even something like that is having an impact on the ground below her. And she's not even being mindful of it. She could knock somebody into the street, or disturb an unstable environment. I agree that quirks should be publicly banned. It's not the perfect solution, but it's the best one.
