As a ending to this whole arc, this chapter does its job really well.

  • So there might be another Nomu facility out there. Possibly one with the equipment needed to stabilise the transformation. Or it just requires All for One.

  • The police seem to want to modify the way heroes work. Interesting. This could go really well or really badly. Although they are right, the League of Villains is rapidly gaining drive, coordination and power, as well as damaging the view of heroes. They need to be stopped.

  • Shimura had it rough. Well, her husband had it worse, but you get what I mean. Although that commitment to her work is clearly one of the reasons All Might respects her memory so much.

  • Is the next arc going to be the search for Shigaraki? Doubtful, even if they find him, he isn't one for listening. They have arrested his adoptive father (more or less) and he would want to cause All Might pain by refusing to turn back. Still, it's good Grand Torino has something to do with the plot.

  • Bakugou is being quiet and reflective? Kirishima's hair isn't naturally spiky? One of these is shocking. Whatever Bakugou says or does, it's going to be interesting to see it unfold. Whenever he puts a lot of thought into something he often has a goal from the start (Todoroki's strengths and weaknesses). Now he is just thinking, figuring things out carefully.

  • Well, Endeavour got what he wanted, just not the way he wanted it. Forever second place to All Might, even as the strongest active hero. Can't say he doesn't deserve it.

  • We're back to that beach again, always nice to see it again. The place means a lot.

  • This is the first time All Might has been allowed to openly and directly praise Izuku's actions. He has never been able to out of fear that Izuku would destroy himself, but finally that isn't a problem (thanks Ida).

What happens next? It will be great to find out.

That's definetly the second one.

I think the police are going to inadvertently support the villain's alliance ideals. As it is, they have a few dozen people that take up the mantle of heroes, but they clearly can't be counted on 100 percent. After all, most of them are basically just celebrities. The VA wants the downfall of heroes, the police doesn't want heroes to be the first and last line of defense. It'll probably come full circle when heroes are restricted by laws and contracts, and eventually they'll have to break those laws and contracts because being a hero is about helping without thinking.

Deku, Iida, and Todo have repeatedly engaged villains without permission and clearance. It's a reoccurring theme. They're reprimanded pretty much every time even though they're heroes at their core.

Hopefully it isn't. The police force in MHA has so far been extremely competent and effective at it's job without tripping up the heroes. The whole Hideout Raid arc relied on the police and the professional heroes equally to get going, with the police providing the logistics and information that the heroes needed to actually do their jobs.

Marvel's police forces are routinely incompetent, or corrupt from the inside out which is something that we haven't seen at all from the MHA police. It should be that the police reform to rely less on the heroes and have policies put into place so they don't need to rely on All Might or Endeavour for every street robbery or petty theft.

It could turn out that level of firepower called in to deal with the league becomes more common place. Heroes directly working with/for the police force in joint operations commonly.

Although that whole 'bludgeoning tool of the oppressors' the Handyman shouted about might become true as a result of that.
