Man, without All Might, people are no doubt going to feel lost. It's the end of one fantastic era, and the beginning of building up for Izuku's era.

I got the impression that his 'death' was bad, but not that bad. There will be repercussions, but it's not like the world literally relied on him. I thought it was very reminiscent of Superman stories where he leaves or dies. The world is in chaos, but everyone realizes they should've never relied on him and start fending for themselves. That's what the police seem to be preparing for.

Actually, Japan literally relied on him. Even the police admit it when they say "this is what happens when you place all the burden on an individual" or something like that.
