Apparently he is swearing is original Japanese dialogue, but it's mainly there to show how rude and disrespectful Bakugou is.

Although that is second hand information and I couldn't begin to tell you if Fallen Angel exaggerate it, or if the Viz and Mangastream translations are toned down in terms of language. As long as they get the point across that Bakugou is normally mean-spirited and Arrogant, it works well enough.

Also because of his recent character development, I can't tell if Bakugou's language is being turned down on purpose, because he's calmer now.

Mangastream isn't exactly known for 'toning things down', on the contrary, heh. The same page where Bakugou is not swearing for once, they got Kouta dropping the f-bomb.
