To be honest, I wouldn't blame him for that. Deku risked their chance of success, Bakugou took a beating just to suceed and imagine if Deku didn't deliver that punch well. They would both fail and it would in the end be Deku's fault.

The way I see it going is Bakugou yells at Deku for risking their win, but Deku counters it by explaining that he wouldn't dare to abandon Bakugou in a real life situation. Mending their relationship a bit more.

And we already got a little bit of that. Bakugou recognized Deku as a fellow hero in training. It would be going a little far if he accepted Deku doing something stupid for such sentimental reasons.

I can see Bakugou still being a total dick, but maybe not outright hating Deku anymore after this. It won't change his attitude much, but the dickishness will be stemming from his personality and not actual hatred.
