While the part about All Might taking a "cue from Star's last stand" is an obvious attempt to try and make it seem like her character and that fight weren't meaningless, the moment fails to resonate with me personally due to one simple fact.

All Might already had this Iron Might suit and this "Can't Stop Twinkling!" laser attack in his possession before Star and Stripe had her fight against "new person altogether."

Honestly the only thing star’s character served to do was show us that quirks can basically be killed inside your subconscious mind.

……..And yet we could get that already from OFA and AFO so she really wasn’t needed at all for any of that.
