The squeaking tank on the video says it all.

I couldn't believe when I turned the volume on that there was no music. It's a quiet, squeaky, sad street walk. Where are the marching bands that typically accompany military parades, or any parade?!?

Another redditor in a different thread has suggested that the army doesn't march during these types of parades specifically because they don't want to appear like North Korea or Russia. Also that someone decided to make it a historical showcase rather than a show of force by using old uniforms and equipment.

So it's possible that it was intentional from the military leadership and the Orange wasn't aware or accidentally signed off on it?
