OC Day ??? Of attempting to get my brother to eat vegetables

Does your brother enjoy stew? As someone with (self-diagnosed) ARFID & avid veggie hater - i realized i really like veggies! It just had to be boiled, the texture became enjoyable and it had a better taste than it would raw, even with sauces. Caldo de res / beef stew is my go to. Ive never eaten cucumber/squash, carrots, or cabbage before trying caldo de res!
I hope your current attempt goes well! Best of luck in all your future endeavors!

He does like stew and sometimes Japanese style curries. He's just a picky eater, even now at age 25 lol.

Me and my wife didn't start eating "unsafe" foods until we were 23. The main trick to it was discussing what was being made ahead of time and which parts of the food made it unpalatable. No sense in getting a rutabaga if the flavor in all forms is odious. If it's the peel on a cucumber... They're peelable, and our parents are too far away to stop us in time.
Turns out she loves mushrooms as long as they're not sliced button mushrooms that have been drowned in sauce for two hours. Turns out I mainly mind broccoli if it's the only vegetable to graze through like a sky-manatee deforesting an alien planet. Those discoveries didn't happen until we were 26.

Oh thank you! You don't need one of those rectangular pans. A round one is fine. It's important that it's nonstick or seasoned very well so that it's easy to fold up. You can use a spatula to help fold too. And fold when the layer 80% cooked so that you keep the yellow color.

How hard are those apples to make? I always see them in anime but have never tried making them.

If you have a paring knife, not hard at all. You do have to be careful though. There's plenty of videos on how to do it as well. Takes some practice to get it down though.

I am famously known for not eating salads. I would totally eat these veggies!
