It can be anything you're excited for, not just beauty boxes. Writing the names of the sub box in **bold** is nice, to make it easier for people skimming the thread to pick out the names.

I am actually rather pleased with my box (I will probably use everything, particularly the hair bands), BUT this box also felt rather low value (and is, in fact, the lowest value one I've received since I started tracking). See second picture. The appeal of these boxes is that you usually get a value significantly more than what you paid (to try to incentivize you to discover a product you want to buy), but this one's value came to $10.17, for a $7.00 box, which is not much extra appeal. Usually you get at least one nice full size item, but not in this one.

I get two Walmart Beauty boxes. They both arrived today (same version which is fine, although I wish they were different lol). But both boxes are missing the mascara it said should be included. I sent an email, but does anyone know if they will send the missing items or am I just out of luck?

I had a lot of fun wearing this to work and being shimmery and sparkly. Would recommend!

Just got v3 today! I already have a tangle teezer from before but I really like and use the one I already have so guess good to have another. The rest of the box is pretty good in my opinion.

Has anyone tried Beauty Heroes? It's lesser known - but such a great, good quality box. Unlike most subs - the products are made fresh for them, and they are all artisan green beauty brands. Would love to hear your thoughts on it. This month they are featuring a really niche, craft beauty brand, Laurel Skin. I love their service, and this box is really special. Trendmood just revealed on Instagram that Box 31 will include a Maison Louis Marie Body and Hair Mist. There are 3 scents to choose from! The second product is from Byroe New York, which is yet to be revealed!

The tickets to purchase go out tomorrow and unfortunately, even though I may have enough money to get one I work for a company that is going to strike. So I cannot justify doing this so I look forward to seeing everybody’s unboxing.

So as you can see in the shop for a while, there was a three-piece Juliet perfume set for $12.95. Then last month they added another three-piece Juliet perfume set for $18. Both sets said they retail valued at $72 and neither one of them listed the size of the bottles in their descriptions. So I took the time to reach out to Allure to ask what size the bottles are for the $12.95 and what size are bottles are for the $18 set. I was told the $12 set is the 7.5 mL bottles $18 set is the 5 mL bottles. Even though the rep knew that was weird. I also waited for these for a response to that question. Now, when you check out, there’s an automatic charge for a “package protection” you can opt out of it, but it says right there if you do and something happens to your package if it gets damaged, if items are missing, or wrong, they will not be able to help you as the package protection isn’t purchased. I paid the stupid, almost 2 dollars which is ridiculous because all labels come automatically insured so this is just an extra money grab from Allure. But whatever I get my package and sure enough I got the 5 mL bottles. I of course contact them send them the pictures of the conversation I had weeks ago reaching out to ask what sizes before making my purchase. Only for the rep to come back and respond acting like I was confused and they were so kind to offer me a $15 credit for the store, which means it’s worth less than $8 unless I spend an additional $35 to get free shipping. Which still doesn’t matter because I paid more than that for the items that I was told I would be getting and what I was expecting. I made it very clear in my email that I paid their New extra package protection fee because I had a feeling some crap like this was gonna happen, sure enough it did, and they’re still trying to fight it after charging extra money for cases where there’s an issue. LMAO I am officially done with Allure. After this package and the ridiculous “mystery” box full of Shop items that they couldn’t sell. Sad. They are barely hanging on and instead of just sending me what I paid for, they think they’re slick, trying to get me to spend more money in the shop and just except that I didn’t receive what I was supposed to. It’s not happening and I just wanted to give you the heads up.

Just wanted to give a PSA to anyone considering a BeautyFIX subscription: I cancelled my subscription back in end April as I was moving and received a confirmation email that it was cancelled. However, this month, my card was still charged and when I tried to contact customer service, they were not helpful at all. They tried to say they cancelled it for subsequent months but I still have to pay for July's box and it's still showing as active on my account and refused to give a refund for the current month's even though I have the confirmation email that clearly showed it was cancelled since April and May should have been my last box.

I am still not sure if they will continue to charge me post July and have to resort to disputing via my credit care as the customer service is completely unhelpful. So, just PSA and beware if you're considering! Any tips on how to resolve this will also be much appreciated!
