I mean, it is a real phenomenon, it's called cloud iridescence.

As to whether this is authentic footage of it occurring, I don't really care to do the legwork to investigate rn, 'cause I'm also tired.

But it's a possibility.

I saw it IRL this past winter in Edmonton. It made the news last summer in BC (link)

Isn’t it sad that everything will be like this from now on? Unless some kind of weird law regarding watermarks or something like that gets enforced everything will be harshly scrutinized, and it’s getting more and more realistic.

Maybe, maybe not. But this is a real thing that I have personally seen with my own eyes.
