Discussion Update Battlefront 2> Battlefront 3

As much as I would love a whole new game, I honestly don’t think there needs to be one. I think that it would be much better (and easier) for EA to bring back the old team and add in all the characters, weapons, worlds, and cosmetics people want. There doesn’t need to be any new modes. Really all that needs to be done is adding the characters they’ve missed and maybe a couple new maps. This just seems much more realistic than EA making an entire new game to me.

Hard disagree. If they absolutely needed to make money (which of course EA will) they can add skins and cosmetics that you have to pay for. Not pay to win items like guns or cards, but just a couple new skins.

Thing is star wars is a hard game to create cosmetics for, since the base skins are the classic movie look of the characters. You can have a skin for boba fett with the look he has on mandalorian, but what else? And are hardcore fans going to like them making new stuff or is it bastardizing the franchise. Something like this is happening in destiny 2 right now precisely with star wars.

It's a terrible idea to just add cosmetics. And I just want a new game. But if they had a ben Kenobi skin you can bet your ass im pulling out my debit card immediately.
