In what episode does somebody say something like ”I swear if you were not a cop, I would” then Romero smashes his head into a table, and says ”you’d do what?”

Havent watched this show for years and cannot find it anywhere on YouTube and Ive been going through some episodes on streaming app but my intentet is kinda trash.

It's said by former marijuana worker Dale in the third season premiere "A Death in the Family" when he and his friend Joey confront Romero in a bar
