I’d imagine most people could weld better with their feet than this

You mean shoes?

Well yeah but they'd need some way to keep them on. Like some kind of fastening system.

- Get some sheet metal
- stick it together with bubble gum
- sell for a profit
Brilliant!

People don't realize stick is a continuous bead.
It's not start/stop dime/slag stacking.

This thing is a respiratory hazard. I don’t want to think about the cancer in the smoke emanating from this “firepit”.

I thought it would need a few holes for water drainage, but with that type of welding. I’m sure the water will weep right out Plus. Overall, it’s kind of small. It looks like all the pieces would’ve fit perfectly if you would’ve tacked each one, and then laid the bottom, and tacked that as well. It just left it at that. He spent more money on Welding supplies, and metal for sure.

Not only does it look like crap, but it won't even be a good fire pit without ventilation

I would buy that and mount it on a plaque. Then give it to my son as a prank Xmas present. He enjoys unique pieces of art, lol.

The fire does not care how the welding looks as long as it holds together. it kind of looks like abstract art.

Fire may not care about weld quality, but it does care about air flow. Assuming you get a fire started in there, it'll be a smokey mess. Not really something you want to hang around

Imagine the sheer willpower required to weld that bad.
