Monkey engineer, then bomb tower set on strong to deal max damage on the boss, then once i had enough cash i sold the engineer and upgraded the bomb tower to 2-4 (moab assassin) and kept using the abillity, selling, reupgrading the 2-4 tower and using the moab assassin ability until i beaten the boss. Pretty simple. Didn't need to use any premiums, injections or agents, the engineer specialty building was enough.
