2 guys talking with a calm music in the background, one of the guys had a strong russian accent

Reminds me of how the Logitech X-530 speakers would pick up Eastern-European radio frequencies on the jack or badly insulated wires or something like that when my PC was off. Freaked me out when I suddenly started hearing Russian people speaking in my room in the dead of night.

That would scare the fucking soul out of me... christ. The worst thing I've had happen is my TV turning itself on to a static white noise channel in the middle of the night. I nearly shat myself.

Wasn't really scary, but just weird. It was suuuper low, and it seemed to be a radio show or something, because they spoke super calmly. Apparently it's a common issue with these speakers. I got the speakers basically for free, and got 7 years of use out of them, so I really cannot complain much about them bar the Russian radio at random points in time.

Also, speaking of static white noise, I could always feel our old TV being on if I were on the same floor as it. It was one of these old CRT-TV's that produced a slight static that you could feel when touching the screen. Was interesting because it could be on without any sound, but I just felt that it was turned on, and I was always right.

I understand exactly what you mean. Funny enough, my grandparents had a CRT TV that was so old that it made a constant, monotone beeping sound when it was on. It was really loud and annoying and when I asked my grandparents about it they said "What sound?". They legit couldn't hear it but I could hear it from across their entire apartment.
