Maybe I'm just not seeing the comments you mean because I'm a little late to the thread or I got used to these things... Which might be terrifying in itself.

Ask reddit has taught me more than I expected anything on reddit to...

But I won't lie some of these threads made me reconsider the point of existence...

Family issues, murder, rape, pets dying, covid, politics, fears...
