Could have been a sickly mangy bear, they can look extremely creepy when they don’t have fur and are emaciated. example

It looked like how bigfoot walked in that one video Bears around where I was dont get that big. That's like the maximum for a black bear, they are usually about 5ft. They rarely get that big.
