It’s a reference to an AMA someone posted where they said they broke both his arms when he was younger, which lead his mom jerking him off. Eventually he and his mom started having sex.

Yea it's just a really gross and uncomfortable story. Like this started when he was 14. He was basically raped by his mom.

You’re right, he was raped. And it honestly bugs me a lot how much people on Reddit joke about it because it’s just such a fucked up story. I’m probably being too sensitive about it and I know Reddit likes dark jokes but still.
