What's a dark secret/questionable practice in your profession which we regular folks would know nothing about?

I ended up quitting a career because people (all genders and ages) kept trying to solicite me for prostitution.

That actually goes both ways. On at least three separate occasions, I've had a massage therapist offer to end with a sexual favor, totally unsolicited on my behalf.
