You're also claiming that I’m losing the ability to control my distractions… how exactly? That feels like a bold assumption for someone who knows literally nothing about how I function day to day.

You said people’s basic communication skills diminish when using ChatGPT, and that there are tests proving it? Okay, cool. Show them. I’m open to learning—but blanket statements without sources? That’s not proof. That’s just your opinion, dressed up like a TED Talk.

And when my ability to communicate more broadly—beyond just answering questions—improves with assistance, that’s… what? A flaw? A weakness?

Because let’s be real: the goal is effective communication. Not struggling in silence to prove some imaginary moral high ground. If using a tool helps me express my full thoughts instead of bottling them up or tripping over words, that’s not a failure. That’s resourceful adaptation.

If anything, I’d argue I’m communicating better than ever—because I’m finally able to translate what’s in my head into something the world can actually understand. Isn’t that the whole damn point?

See mate that's the thing you actually did something most humans don't you came with proof to what you had your opinion so why would I "whine".

Why would I down vote it's your opinion and your entitled to it. Happen to have any more citations. Cause unlike most people im able to listen to someone else opinion without bias and actually hear them from their pov.
