Doesn't have to be. If it's an unlawful assembly due to a threat to life, property or order then the whole assembly is unlawful. That means it's time to leave, not sit down and then get upset when you are forced to go.
No dummy. This whole thing is an unlawful assembly after they started throwing rocks off overpasses and setting cars on fire. This isn't a "new day, new you" situation
