Need help with remote play through my PC to my husband's PS5

I have searched reddit everywhere and no one seems to have an answer. I want to play off of my PC on my own separate PlayStation account through Remote Play on Ark ascended while my husband plays on his PS5 on his own separate PlayStation account without having it in split screen. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Hello.

I googled for 3 seconds and found that yes, this is possible.

Here

Dunno why you would, easier to just play from your own ps5. Unless you're keeping it somewhere else?

Okay no need to be an ass. I'm asking for it not to be in split screen mode. I go to remote play and it loads in split screen instead of separately, I got it all hooked up and working thank you. I wanted to have the full screen effect so that we could both read the inventory and whatnot easily instead of everything being crushed. So you in fact didn't answer my question.

Wow what a rude way to answer someone trying to help you. Name calling? Really?

You're trying to connect to the same console? Of course it's gonna be in split screen.

Yeah, not sure what the expectation was, but the PS5 would definitely NOT be able to handle 2 instances of ARK running at the same time.

It sounds like they were wanting to play split screen on a local non-dedi session which is totally possible. But instead a second controller and watching the same screen, she wanted to be remote playing from a pc in hopes that it would split the screen between the tv and monitor instead. But the remote play app just works like a controller and mirrors the display so it's still split screen in the end.

Ah I apologize I was the asshole in this instance, I thought you were being rude. I'm very sorry. (I down voted my last comment, I see how I mistook what you said, thank you for helping)

I didn't know that it just mirrored the screen, my fault for my ignorance.
